VIRGO Softech Ltd(VSL) is engaged as an enrolment agency for executing Biometric enrollments of NDMC Area, Delhi for National Population Register through Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on behalf of the Office of registrar General India(ORGI), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. 

VSL had the distinction of enrolling the Honorable Vice Pesident for NPR on 21st of June 2011 as seen in the picture below.
